  • All descriptions come from Cork, Ireland where I was part of Sirius Arts Centre residency. I researched how to read Cork by the artist Augustin Edouart(1789‐1861). I combined documented images of the city and the movement of people to reconstruct Cork.

Each frame has come from the image of Luton in which I spent a year as part of an artist-in-residence programme in University of Bedfordshire. I found movements of people and colours of places varied by time changes, which became the image of the work. Installation of pencil drawings on translucent film and printing and painting on transparent wire penetrate two different frames from the viewer’s perspective. I plan to expand this work by creating of a series of frames that reflects places I investigated. The viewer will be able to walk through the frames to read the images.
