SHAPES/drawings | 2015 - 2016
In SHAPES I examine the human body or human like shapes. Shapes that suggest a human figure. The work represents a figure covered in fabric. I chose a drawing technique to achieve a minimalistic effect. I recently started using this medium more often as a “going back to basics” approach. I feel that by simplifying my process I can concentrate more on the subject. By covering the human shape we changed it to an object.
