“Imagine me as a butterfly hunter…” Francesco Cardarelli present along the walls of the corridor a series of five frames, realized “embracing” the light inside some rooms of the Museum. Through the exhibition at the natural light of sheets of photographic paper and with the support of his body as shutter device, the artist makes visible and perceptible a hidden presence. The frames are preparated as if they were suspended inside wooden structures, similar to the profiling of a door. / Immaginatemi come un cacciatore di farfalle...” Francesco Cardarelli pre- senta, lungo le pareti del corridoio, una serie di cinque fotogrammi rea- lizzati “abbracciando” la luce presente all’interno di alcune stanze del Mu- seo. Attraverso l’esposizione alla luce naturale di fogli di carta fotografica, e servendosi del proprio corpo come dispositivo-otturatore, l’artista rende visibile e percepibile una presenza sottesa. I fotogrammi sono allestiti - come sospesi - all’interno di strutture in legno che richiamano la profila- tura di una porta, suggerendo una via di accesso quasi fisica all’immagine. Pierre Dopunt
