FILM INSTALLATION - 'GRIEF IS ABSURD' FIRST SERIES | 2017
Exploring a world that is falsified and potentially a distorted reality, film projections offer dreamlike spaces that are often inspired from childhood grief and the awkward space left behind after death. Memories are selected from home videos and create a paradox between the whimsical and fake object. The works search for surreal landscapes, finding and loosing the subtle tensions between comfort and discomfort.
