Technological simplicity lays the foundation for this project. Whilst technology has the ability to control, measure and harness nature, it can alienate us from a more genuine, experiential relationship with the world. Allowing movement in nature to be captured with long exposures though a primitive wooden pinhole camera, I'm giving up some control of the artistic process to my environment, and seeking to engage my surroundings in the artistic practice, making photos *with* the world rather than *of* the world.
