Reverb originates from an acustic hallucination i had when i was a child in that limbo between waking and sleeping i heard a suspended endless melody,which line a call, both attracted and frightened me.I never forgot this echo.The sensations coming from this memory found their realization in the fusion of three elemento the body,the drum and the marbles. Through the rolling mouvements of the marbles, the white surface of the drum becomes an abstract space but the object in itself doesn't lose its characteristics as a sound instruments. It's the silence strenght which allows the sound to exist. A round structure in which the energetic flow is issued following a concentric shape.A hypnotic movement where everything gravitating inside came from nothing and sooner or later, will go back to nothing. / Reverb ha origine da un’allucinazione uditiva che avevo da bambino: in quel limbo tra il sonno e la veglia, udivo una melodia sospesa, continua, quasi come un richiamo, che da un lato mi attirava e dall’altro mi impauriva. Questo eco non l’ho mai dimenticato. Le sensazioni scaturite da questo ricordo hanno trovato la loro concretizzazione nell’unione di tre elementi: il corpo, il tamburoe le biglie. Attraverso il movimento rotatorio delle biglie, la superficie bianca del tamburo diventa uno spazio astratto, ciò nonostante l’oggetto non perde le sue caratteristiche di strumento sonoro: è la forza del silenzio che consente al suono di esistere. Una struttura circolare nella quale il flusso energetico viene emanato seguendo un andamento concentrico. Un movimento ipnotico dove qualunque cosa graviti all’interno è venuta dal nulla e, prima o poi, tornerà nel nulla.
