Glass vases and stones are standing on the floor on a sheet of plastic. At the rear end, several mirrors are leaned against the wall across the whole width of the sheet. The vases and stones close to the mirrors are arranged symmetrically. The ones further away, though, were apparently placed without any obvious pattern. The arrangement is reminiscent of the pieces on a playing field with unknown rules of positioning. This evokes a feeling of uncertainty, as to where in time we might encounter this assemblage. By way of the mirrors, the installation creates a second symmetric plane, expanding beyond the wall into a space we can never reach.
