    Merchandise Paradise, 2014 | 2014

Merchandise Paradise consists in 4 large C-prints on viscose, cement pet bottles and bamboo. The prints on the fabric are enlarged labels of cans with 'exotic' products - coconut milk, lychees, palm hearts. The grafic design of the labels seem stale. Their indication reveal international standards of trade in goods. Touristic phantasies linked to the products are contrasted with real econcmic exchange. Crushed pet bottles made out of cement appear like futurisitc archeological findings, referring to an unintended exchange of waste that hems today world's coastlines.
