    Life, Love, Loss | 2021

Life, Love, Loss, is a painting series of oils on canvas that I have been working on since January 2021. The artworks reflect the theme of pandemic crisis and its impact on humanity in form of existential crisis, loneliness, and interrupted self-connection. The pandemic brought us an essential task to re-evaluate our lifestyle and future as individuals and humanity. We are looking for the heroes of today, but the greatest hero must be each of us to overcome the covid crises. The current situation leads us to realize that as a society, we believe in something that is very fragile. We can't rely on anything from the rich past times that we were used to.
