ARTIST STATEMENT

• I make Comprises of colerful figurative compositions with strong lines.
  
• The  power of my work lies in the visual tension between humans and animals such as lobsters, horses and fish. While one painting shows a subtle caress between man and animal, the following canvas shows a clear battle between both.
  

BIOGRAPHY

• After her bachelor's degree in drawing, Wendy completed her master at the Royal Acadamy of Fine Arts in The Hague. 
• For the past 25 yearsWendy has organized numerous succesful exhibitions, including locations such as Media Lounde Baby on the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam, Fort Nieuwersluis and the Affordable Art Fair. 
• Her work is included in numerous private and coporate art collections nationally and internationally.
