ARTIST STATEMENT

Nothing lasts, nothing is finished, nothing is perfect: with that in mind, I will reconcile with myself. The sense of oppression, who accompanied me while I was pursuing perfection, turns away. Removed this, remain only myself, in my incompleteness, so rich in facets: indefinite, and therefore infinitely definable. I don't claim to arrive at an answer, probably not even want to. I just want to, perhaps, the pleasure of research. And in the search, leave labile signs of my passage, written between the lines of a very wide whole.

BIOGRAPHY

Saba Ferrari is an italian visual artist, based in Verona. After she graduated from "Liceo Artistico Statale Boccioni", she received her Fine Arts Degree in Painting from "Accademia di Belle Arti Cignaroli", in Verona. She exhibited her works in Italy (solo and collective exhibitions), Ireland, Great Britain. Painting, photography, assemblages, installations are the mediums with which she's fixing some moments on existance, while she's thinking about the transience of life.
