ARTIST STATEMENT

In my current work I am using a perspective or point of view as a tool for creating objects.  I transform everyday objects or situations in new forms by changing the scale, perspective or point of view. By this method I am able to create new object which I offer the viewer with new formal qualities, which he can decode when watching from the right angle. The backgrounds I like refer to are modelling, DIY culture, folk art or navigation systems.

I am using disposable materials like wood, paper and after the exhibition I am throwing the artworks away.
