Die Inspiration von Landschaft, Licht und Farben Mallorcas reflektiert sich in den gezeigten Bildern.

BIOGRAPHY

Julia wurde am 06.01 1966 in Essen geboren. Nach Abschluss des Studiums der Sozialpädagogik folgten mehrere Jahre beruflicher Tätigkeit im sozialen Bereich. Seit 1996 lebt sie auf Mallorca wo sie ab dem Jahr 2000 Kurse der Malerei besuchte. Besonders zu erwähnen sind ferner auch Aufenthalte an der Europäischen Kunstakademie Trier 2004 und 2007. Zur Zeit erweitert sie ihre Erfahrungen im Atelier Quart Creixent in Palma.

Julia widmet sich überwiegend der Darstellung von Landschaft und Natur, aber auch von Menschen in ihrer bebauten Umgebung. Dabei geht es ihr nicht so sehr um die Wiedergabe der Realität, die aber doch erkennbar sein sollte. Vor allem geht es Julia um Farben und ihre Variations-und Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten. Das Spiel zwischen Form und Farbe reizt sie. Sie versucht, klar umrissene Formen mit weniger definierten zu verbinden. Für sie ist das Gegenständliche nicht nur die konkrete Erscheinung, sondern sie überlässt dessen Wahrnehmung dem Betrachter. Julia Absicht liegt darin, Formen auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren und Farben von ihrer allgemein assoziierten Bedeutung zu lösen. Vielleicht zeigen sich hier expressionistische Ambitionen. Bevorzugte Techniken sind Aquarell und Acrylmalerei sowie das Linoldruckverfahren. Was die Farbpalette betrifft, so bevorzugt sie kräftige, klare Farben, wobei versucht wird, Kontraste durch Aufeinandertreffen von Primär- und Sekundärfarben unterschiedlicher Intensität zu erzeugen.

Welche Bedeutung hat der Mensch in ihren Bildern? Ist er für den Betrachter interessant? Bei ihrer Berührung mit der Kunst fiel Julia auf, dass es sie zu moderner und neuzeitlicher Malerei, dabei aber weniger zu abstrakter Komposition hinzog. Vor einigen Jahren hat Julia mit Personenstudien begonnen.

Julia Lincke was born on January 6th, 1966 in Essen. After studying social sciences in Düsseldorf, she worked for several years as a social worker. Since 1996 she lives in Mallorca. In the year 2000 she began to receive professional training in painting. Attending courses conducted by the European Academy of Art in Trier from 2004 to 2007 is especially noteworthy. Presently, she is extending her skills in the studio Quart Creixent in Palma. Julia is devoting herself primarily to interpretations of landscapes and nature, but is also interested in architectural structures and people. She is not attempting to produce correct images of nature, but never the less, for her nature should remain recognizable. Julia’s main emphasis is oriented towards different variations and expressions of color. The interaction of color and form is especially fascinating to her. She tries to combine well outlined structures with less well defined ones. She sees graphic objects not just as concrete appearances, but rather wants to leave it up to the viewer to find a meaning in the picture. It is Julia’s goal to reduce structures to a minimum and to dissociate colors from their generally accepted meaning. Perhaps this could be interpreted to show expressionistic ambitions.

What role have humans in her pictures? Is he of interest to the viewer? Getting involved with art, Julia noted that she again and again was drawn towards modern and present day but only slightly to abstract painting. A couple of years ago Julia started to study people. She is focusing less on portraits but rather on persons within their normal surroundings. Preferred techniques are water color and acryl and also lino-cut.

Después de terminar su carrera con diploma trabajó varios años como asistente social. Vive en Mallorca desde el 1996. En el año 2000 empezó a asistir a cursos profesionales de arte. Entre ellos destacan principalmente los realizados entre 2004 y 2007 en la Europäische Kunstakademie Trier (Alemania). En la actualidad comparte espacio y experencia en el taller Quart Creixent en Palma.

Julia se dedica principalmente en plasmar en papel paisajes y naturaleza, así como arquitectura y personas. Su arte no se basa en la representación exacta y correcta de los motivos, más bien se enfatiza en los colores, sus variaciones y la expresión de los mismos, inspirándola la combinación entre tonalidades y formas. Ella intenta unir líneas concretas con abstractas, ya que no sólo reconoce la realidad evidente a la vista, sino más bien su obra ofrece al observador la verdad que él encuentre en la misma. La artista reduce las formas a un mínimo, desprendiéndose de las interpretaciones propias asociadas a cada color, sugiriendo ideales expresionistas.

¿Qué significado tiene el hombre en su obra? ¿Qué le interesa al observador? Estas preguntas inspiran a la artista mientras pinta, relacionando el arte moderno y contemporáneo. Hace ya un par de años Julia se dedica a estudios anatómicos, sin tratarse de portarretratos; su obra muestra personas comunes en su vida cotidiana. La artista pinta en acuarela y acrílico, así como en linograbado. A lo que a su paleta de colores respecta, ella opta por colores luminosos; la intensidad de los mismos diferencian entre colores primarios y secundarios.
