ARTIST STATEMENT

My artistic pursuit mainly focuses on the diversity of inspiration and media (photo, video, object, installation, drawing, sound). I try to avoid categorisation to be able to observe a wide horizon of idea based conceptual experimentation as a starting point. I am fond of dealing with the artistic process of collecting or accumulation. Therefore, I save things that are the byproducts, supporting objects of our everyday lives that appear in the limelight through my attention and curiosity. The main motives of my works are repetition, monotony, and minimalism. I have ambition for abstraction and decomposition, and intention of experimenting with a variety of materials. I consider art as a totalitarian process, including several individual elements, which results in an ultimate synergy.
