ARTIST STATEMENT

My art practice is about movement, time and the precarious edge between objective reality and poetic reality. In my recent work I’m interested in the creation of transit times that do not refer to an external world; a mental representation that precisely removes the borders between the real and the unreal in order to cause an unsettling ambiguity, a slippage between sleeping and waking. I’m looking for three-dimensional spaces that put in motion generate a completely new object.
