ARTIST STATEMENT

Filippo Berta’s micro-narratives reevaluate small gestures, accentuate the small differences to expose the implementation of an accurate research of discrepancies, tensions, oppositions and dualisms.

These aspects emerge through the attempt to reach an ideal perfection, interrupted by the constant possibility of failure and by the fragility of the ephemeral.
