ARTIST PROFILE

Éva Szakál

  • Hungary (b. 1987 in Pápa)
  • Currently in Budapest, Hungary.

ARTIST STATEMENT

In the focal points of my works I try to emphasize various segments of our environmental forms. A significant and fundamental cognitive process can be initiated by focusing on the representational part of the painting, which is drawn in a clear color space – this kind of perceptual view allows to discover one’s personal aspects and deeper observations beyond a superficial impression.
