ARTIST STATEMENT

I always interested to raise about socio-cultural, memories, identity, multiculturalism, politic of identity, power system and environment issues as a foundation of my creative exploration. 

I used video as a medium to investigate psychological and spiritual aspects in digital culture, which is connected through sensory perception, self-knowledge, and consciousness.

BIOGRAPHY

Lives and works in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Studied painting at Sanggar Ligar Sari ‘64 Bandung. His creative work began by exploring on many mediums: two-dimensional, three-dimensional, objects, installation and video.
