https://www.gaborkoos.art/works/gabor-koos-untitled-chimera-project-site-specific-installation This site-specific installation reflects on the shift ChimeraProject is currently undergoing. Koós’s intentions with this installation are connected to diary writing, a practice the artist introduced at the very beginning of his career. A direct reproduction of his apartment door as well as a piece of the wall of his first exhibition at Kunsthalle Budapest, were preserved and stored as important milestones in Koós’s life and artistic career. His reaction of being the last artist exhibiting from the portfolio of Chimera-Project at Klauzál tér 5. is the production of a complete copy of one of the spaces compressed into a stack of DINA3 sheets.
