  • This project was created using a device that attached to my car’s tailpipe. I placed a piece of paper in the device each day that I drove for one year. The series explores the tension between the desires to make a mark on the world and to leave no trace.

    Outside In | 2009 - 2016

This series of sculptures and drawings examines how environmental space penetrates our bodies, creating relationships among individuals, species, and objects. These relationships undermine simplistic borderlines between our bodies and the space around us, and radically challenge our imagined separateness from the world.
