The city harbours a secret, an insatiable appetite to consume its surroundings. It functions like a human being; the heart pulsates to the movement of the masses, streaming through its veins collectively. The city is a reflection of its populace, mirroring their needs and desires. Inspired by Manuel Maples Arce’s City: Bolshevik Superpoem in 5 Cantos, this series of long exposure photographs documents the state of flux in a city.
