    Running in Haze | 2016

Running in Haze is my most recent project that continues with my long term interest in reactive aesthetics of black photography by means of confronting it with the problems of postinernet and stock images. I have used frames from aluminium profiles regularly applied in advertisement and product presentation. There are three large scale prints of black and white gradient placed over these frames. While the installation and aesthetics refer to commercial fabrication of images today the artwork itself remains open to interpretations and projections. Corporate techniques and algorithms used to simulate “real” objects are played out in their potentially infinite stream, opened to any object or interpretation, blank as the current economical reality itself.
