Touching the Art, (The Fragile and Forgotten) | 2014
I have produced project Touching the Art (the Fragile and Forgotten) during my residence at ART QUARTER BUDAPEST(AQB). In the very same building on Liszt Ferenc tér an archive Artpool resides and right there during the last day of my residency I have incidentally discovered few files with artworks of Jiří Valoch. I have photographed and exhibited it in an archival manner his original pieces that circulated within the community of artist in mail contact during 60s and 70s. In such course of action I tried to point to the fact that contemporary art residencies to some extent resemble the possibilities of getting into touch and experience art within different local context.
