    Un Ange Passe | 2015

This exhibition presents an exploration or material expression of subtle human gestures and their ephemeral, fluctuating meanings. “Un Ange Passe”, a moment between us when we look at each other but do not speak. A life-less portrait, a face, a vessel, we fill it with our own significations and experiences. We project our ideal, our envisioned image on to her, emptying her of her own meaning and effectively deluding ourselves. THE TRUE RITUAL. A look behind in the mirror and the trick is given away. When we realize the fingers are crossed and the farce is exposed, the structure of our expectations crumbles.
