The constant pursue of happiness. Counterbalanced by persistent estate of being unsure. The creation of infinite formulas. The making of possibilities and of chances. Horizontal segmentation for single truths. There might be a world of choices for the segmented mayo. A proper one or many to confuse. Considering ideas on possibility and idealization as a starting point, I created samples of what mayo, an element banal and mundane. Those samples focus on the manipulation and seriality of that particular ingredient, but also on how its composition varies, from region to region, due to specific geographical and cultural positions. Perception leads us to recognize a fitting model for our background and at the same time to analyse alternative versions for it. The mayo is not mayo. But if I call it mayo, mayo it is.
