This is a selection of artworks that visually explore the complexities of topics around illegal offshore migration in the Caribbean and the alteration on the landscapes when forces of authorities intervene. The images are sources of obscure beaches, obstructed patterned landscapes, cross-hatching of palm trees, boats, and human silhouettes. The intent is to present narratives that emerge from geopolitical problems and oversea cross bordering to pursue the USA for a “better” well-being.
