The work presents a dilemma of the scissors as it loses its function and purpose. Transforming into an absurd symbol of gentle pathos and humor. I am dealing with the idea of futility, uselessness and loss of purpose .

I photograph my hands and feet as they are the ‘visibly functional’ parts of our body, the human tools and use them in my Images The body appears in my work too but mostly as a garment, I work between the presence and the absence of it along with drawing a reference to sewing the skin with the thread as if repairing the tear, the wound, the incision.
