    The Second City | 2019 - 2020

On a wall, BoMin Kim in <The Trains> spread out the drawings that she made from collected fragments of 'Seoul' and 'Pyongyang'. Thanks to train connections, shortened distances will bring spaces closer together. Kim draw up a new topographic map of two cities, recalling periodic, spatial, and personal memories. The materials and information Kim has collected shorten the temporal distance of the past and the present. Moreover, the drawings that float in space add on a sense of welcome and Kim's desire to visit Geumgang Mountain as a woman.
