CZECH CENTRE PARIS, PARIS (FR)
As a part of the Fashion Week in Paris, a fashion defile of the brand Impasse de la Défense of the designer Karim Bonneta "PRAGUE-PARIS-NEW YORK HOMME ETE 2020" took place in the Czech centre. I was asked to create an introductory performance.
It was an interesting chalenge, where it was necessary to work with the space and theme of the 1920s. The inspiration was the position of women in society today and in the last century. A woman, who does not meet the criteria to be a model on the catwalk, was deliberately chosen as a model. Her fallible walk and artificial overly nice smile reflected the position of women in the world of modelling.The dance creations then represented the unrestrained feminine power and the violin improvisation responded to the movement and the idea of the 1920s. Together with Markéta Langová, the violin, So phie Ble t, the dance creations and Fumiko Tanabe, the model.
